We work with these technologies

3D Programming

We work with the innovative 3D program hyperMILL® from OPEN Mind. We use it to plan highly complex machines and components. Our system supports all common design programs (DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP, VDA, and interfaces to CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER, and Solid Works).

CNC Milling

ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing is equipped with 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines. We use the latter to work on entire machines in one setup. Connection with our CNC/CAM system makes it possible to manufacture complex single parts as well as 3D molded parts in the shortest possible time.

CNC Turning

Our state-of-the-art lathes enable the production of rotationally symmetrical components. We work with C-axis lathes as well as with C and Y-axis machining centers. This equipment enables us to offer the latest tool technologies: carbide machining with CBN, aluminum machining with PCD, deep drilling.

Flat Grinding

Our systems for flat grinding can be used wherever there are high demands for dimensional accuracy, dimensional stability, and surface finish quality in the micro range. This means that even the most challenging materials can be machined.

Assembly

We can assemble anything from individual components to complete machines according to your needs. We manufacture complete appliances, workstations, and production systems according to individual design plans, bills of material, or pneumatic specifications.

Machining Metals

We offer the following processes in cooperation with our partner network: vacuum hardening, surface hardening, plasma nitriding, induction hardening, powder coating, polishing, anodizing, hard coating, electroless nickel plating, chrome plating, tinning, gold plating, and more.

Competent advice and comprehensive service

Your needs determine the process. This means we take our time and support you throughout the project: from the feasibility analysis, planning of individual steps, and the ordering of parts through to a monitored and documented production process.
