High-precision machining

One of a kind: For precision machining, we use
the DMU 210 μ-Precision with positioning accuracy of up to four µm
and the DMU 210 P with an accuracy package with position tolerance of eight µm across the entire work area.

  • Reference-led temperature control with five controlled axes and maximum travel distances of 2,100 x 2,100 x 1,250 mm
  • Machining of parts of up to eight tons with an exceptional dynamic range

CNC milling

Quality assurance, laser marking, and part cleaning

Quality assurance

We develop an individual measuring concept for every component and conduct measurements in-house using the latest technology from Zeiss – from uniformity inspections and curve and free-form surface scanning to reverse engineering including digitization.

We create initial sample test reports for new parts and prototypes. In addition, we also offer 3D contract measuring for parts that have not been produced by us.

Our quality assurance is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

Laser marking

We can mark your components with a company logo, part number, data matrix code, barcode, etc. upon request using the latest laser marking systems.

This is possible for both rotationally symmetrical and cubic components.

We have the highest standards when it comes to the precision and dimensional tolerance of the parts we produce. The same applies when we clean them.

At ZELTWANGER, we clean using ultrasonic cleaning devices. This means we can deliver our parts in clean-room quality.
