Pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed se jak testovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobek, tak i referen\u010dn\u00ed objem zat\u00ed\u017e\u00ed tlakem. Po f\u00e1zi zklidn\u011bn\u00ed se zjist\u00ed objemov\u00fd proud a sm\u011br toku mezi referen\u010dn\u00edm a zku\u0161ebn\u00edm objemem.<\/p>\n<p>Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tlak lze nastavit relativn\u011b k aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmu okoln\u00edmu tlaku, tzn. v p\u0159etlaku nebo podtlaku (vakuov\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka). Je mo\u017en\u00e9 tak\u00e9 proveden\u00ed v absolutn\u00edm tlaku, vzta\u017eeno na absolutn\u00ed nulov\u00fd bod.<\/p>\n<p>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed oblast\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed metody hmotnostn\u00edho toku je test t\u011bsnosti velkoobjemov\u00fdch testovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2020\/05\/schema_durchfluss_cz.svg\" alt=\"Grafika metody pr\u016ftoku\"><\/p>\n<h3>Metoda pr\u016ftoku (RD\/DF)<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><strong>V metod\u011b pr\u016ftoku se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed tok v p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00edm veden\u00ed k testovan\u00e9mu v\u00fdrobku.<\/strong> Zm\u011bny tlaku v testovan\u00e9m v\u00fdrobku se p\u0159i otev\u0159en\u00e9m plnic\u00edm ventilu p\u0159es p\u0159esn\u00fd regul\u00e1tor tlaku p\u0159\u00edmo vyrovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, dokud se nenastav\u00ed konstantn\u00ed proud vzduchu na senzoru. Tak dod\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016ftoku na velikosti zku\u0161ebn\u00edho objemu a doby m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00fd m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed sign\u00e1l, kter\u00fd je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n p\u0159\u00edmo v jednotk\u00e1ch m\u00edry net\u011bsnosti. P\u0159epo\u010det jako u metody poklesu tlaku nen\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tlak lze nastavit relativn\u011b k aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmu okoln\u00edmu tlaku, tzn. v p\u0159etlaku nebo podtlaku (vakuov\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka). Nav\u00edc je s t\u00edmto uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v metod\u011b relativn\u00edho tlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Proto se tato kombinace velmi dob\u0159e hod\u00ed pro testovac\u00ed \u00falohy, ve kter\u00e9 se m\u00e1 na jednu stranu prok\u00e1zat t\u011bsnost sou\u010d\u00e1sti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm metody relativn\u00edho tlaku a na druhou stranu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016ftok. P\u0159\u00edklady pou\u017eit\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt kontroly ventil\u016f nebo kontroly pr\u016ftoku na membr\u00e1n\u011b vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tlaku nebo filtra\u010dn\u00edch jednotk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Metoda pr\u016ftoku se vyzna\u010duje velmi rychl\u00fdmi \u010dasy testov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je zde ov\u0161em sotva mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed mal\u00fdch \u00fanik\u016f.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n<p>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed zm\u011bny tlaku<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>P\u0159i t\u00e9to metod\u011b se \u00fanik zji\u0161\u0165uje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zm\u011bny tlaku. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed-li k \u00faniku, zp\u016fsob\u00ed to zm\u011bnu tlaku, kterou lze s pomoc\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00edho objemu a doby m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edtat na m\u00edru net\u011bsnosti. V\u00fdstup v\u00fdsledku lze prov\u00e9st jako zm\u011bnu tlaku nebo v jednotk\u00e1ch m\u00edry net\u011bsnosti.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i metod\u011b relativn\u00edho tlaku se zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tlak nastav\u00ed relativn\u011b k okoln\u00edmu tlaku. Proto se zde hovo\u0159\u00ed bu\u010f o p\u0159etlakov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ce, je-li zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tlak v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e okoln\u00ed tlak, nebo o podtlakov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ce (vakuov\u00e9 zkou\u0161ce), je-li tlak men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e okoln\u00ed tlak.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i metod\u011b absolutn\u00edho tlaku se zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tlak vztahuje na absolutn\u00ed nulov\u00fd bod (absolutn\u00ed vakuum).<\/p>\n<p>Metoda relativn\u00edho, resp. absolutn\u00edho tlaku se vyzna\u010duje vysokou provozn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed a rovn\u011b\u017e velk\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edm rozsahem. D\u00edky kompaktn\u00edmu zku\u0161ebn\u00edmu uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed lze realizovat dva kan\u00e1ly na modul.<\/p>\n<p>Pro velkou \u010d\u00e1st po\u017eadavk\u016f na t\u011bsnost je p\u0159esnost m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9to metody dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. D\u00edky sv\u00e9mu mal\u00e9mu vlastn\u00edmu objemu se uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed hod\u00ed pro maloobjemov\u00e9 testovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2020\/05\/schema_differenzdruck_cz-2.svg\" alt=\"Grafika metody diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku\"><\/p>\n<h3>Diferen\u010dn\u00ed tlak (DD)<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Metoda diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku p\u0159edstavuje roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed k metod\u011b relativn\u00edho, resp. absolutn\u00edho tlaku.<\/strong> Nav\u00edc k testovan\u00e9mu v\u00fdrobku se zat\u00ed\u017e\u00ed tlakem referen\u010dn\u00ed objem. Klesne-li tlak v testovan\u00e9m v\u00fdrobku kv\u016fli net\u011bsnosti, zjist\u00ed se pomoc\u00ed vysoce p\u0159esn\u00e9ho senzoru diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku zm\u011bna tlaku mezi referen\u010dn\u00edm objemem a testovan\u00fdm v\u00fdrobkem. Senzor relativn\u00edho, resp. absolutn\u00edho tlaku slou\u017e\u00ed toliko ke sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00edho tlaku. V\u00fdstup v\u00fdsledku lze prov\u00e9st jako zm\u011bnu tlaku nebo v jednotk\u00e1ch m\u00edry net\u011bsnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tlak lze nastavit relativn\u011b k aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmu okoln\u00edmu tlaku, tzn. v p\u0159etlaku nebo podtlaku (vakuov\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka). Je mo\u017en\u00e9 tak\u00e9 proveden\u00ed v absolutn\u00edm tlaku, vzta\u017eeno na absolutn\u00ed nulov\u00fd bod.<\/p>\n<p>Pou\u017eit\u00edm senzoru diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku je p\u0159esnost m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159i metod\u011b diferen\u010dn\u00edho tlaku nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 na zku\u0161ebn\u00edm tlaku a tedy nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 na m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edm rozsahu obvykl\u00e9ho senzoru. Uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed se tak hod\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch po\u017eadavc\u00edch na t\u011bsnost a k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed mal\u00fdch \u00fanik\u016f p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch zku\u0161ebn\u00edch tlac\u00edch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2020\/05\/schema_staudruck_cz.svg\" alt=\"Grafika metody dynamick\u00e9ho tlaku\"><\/p>\n<h3>Metoda dynamick\u00e9ho tlaku (SD)<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm rozd\u00edlem od jin\u00fdch metod je, \u017ee se v metod\u011b dynamick\u00e9ho tlaku nereguluje tlak, n\u00fdbr\u017e pr\u016ftok.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Touto metodou se neprokazuje t\u011bsnost, n\u00fdbr\u017e pr\u016fchodnost sou\u010d\u00e1sti. K tomu se vyv\u00edj\u00ed konstantn\u00ed pr\u016ftok a m\u011b\u0159\u00ed se na vstupu testovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159etlak, takzvan\u00fd dynamick\u00fd tlak. \u010c\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed v sou\u010d\u00e1sti, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledn\u00fd dynamick\u00fd tlak.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00fdm polem vyu\u017eit\u00ed t\u00e9to metody je ur\u010den\u00ed j\u00e1drov\u00fdch prasklin ve sl\u00e9v\u00e1rensk\u00e9 technice. Z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed od 20% pr\u016fm\u011bru mohou b\u00fdt bezpe\u010dn\u011b detekov\u00e1na. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka pomoc\u00ed zvonu. K tomu se vytvo\u0159\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed zvon p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fd obrysu sou\u010d\u00e1sti, do kter\u00e9ho lze vlo\u017eit testovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobek.<\/p>\n<p>Zkou\u0161ka se d\u011bl\u00ed do dvou jednotliv\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se provedou automaticky za sebou p\u0159\u00edstrojem na testov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bsnosti:<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed f\u00e1ze odpov\u00edd\u00e1 metod\u011b relativn\u00edho tlaku. Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed zvon se zat\u00ed\u017e\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdm tlakem. Je-li testovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobek net\u011bsn\u00fd, vnik\u00e1 vzduch do sou\u010d\u00e1sti. Zm\u011bna tlaku se registruje v m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstroji a voliteln\u011b lze prov\u00e9st jej\u00ed v\u00fdstup jako m\u00edru net\u011bsnosti nebo jako zm\u011bnu tlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Ve druh\u00e9m kroku se zkontroluje mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu ve zku\u0161ebn\u00edm zvonu, aby se vylou\u010dilo, \u017ee byl testovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobek skrz hrubou net\u011bsnost ji\u017e napln\u011bn v prvn\u00edm kroku.
